Five Topics: The Fundamentals
Pick and choose workshops. As many as you want.  The Overview touches on a little bit of everything with tips and techniques. The next 4 workshops delve deep into the finer points of recording and mixing.
#1. Recording Overview
   From session setup, through drums, bass, guitar and vocals, you’ll learn mic’ing, tracking, editing, even a little mixing.  Lots of tips and techniques.
#2. Drum and Bed Session
    2 days dedicated to securing the best foundation for your song.  How do they get those great drum sounds?  Then lay down killer bed tracks.
#3. Sweet Overdubs
  Learn how to get the best guitar sounds, hands-on.  Mics, amps, set-up, intonation, tuning, performance techniques, acoustic. Layering, keyboards….
#4. Vocals
Everything you need to know about working with singers; selecting mics, pre-amps, compressor - choices and combos, performance, comping, backgrounds and harmonies.
#5. Mixing
Prepare a session for mixing, then mix it.  File management, song presentation, Eq, compression, spatial and special effects.  Get it ready for mastering.
